Any device selected over $250 must be purchased via a personal credit card and is eligible for a $250 reimbursement via Concur. The employee ordering portal and credentials will be supplied once your request has been approved by your manager.


Delivery of your device typically takes between 2 and 5 days. If this is an urgent request you may request expedited delivery.

Levi's cell phone policy is that they will only purchase one device once every two years and the device must be under $250.

If you would like a device that is not listed, please email [email protected] for additional device options and pricing.

If you choose a device $250 or more, you must provide credit card information.

No replacements are allowed within your two year contract period. Lost or broken devices are not eligible for free replacement within the two year contract period. The cost for replacement devices ordered before the completion of the two year contract period will be the financial responsibility of the employee and cannot be expensed.
