If you are experiencing problems with your mobile device, please fill out this form to report your issues to Network Control. Please be as explicit as possible about the problem you are having and include any information you feel may be helpful in troubleshooting.

If you are experiencing problems with activating your e-mail on your iPhone, please try turning off the WiFi on your device.
