Ongoing Management

Network Control provides comprehensive on-going management of your communications environment. We will review and manage all incoming invoices including line item verification, departmental charge backs, allocations, and accruals. We will enable cradle-to-grave management of your telecom procurement by building and managing an extra-net site where your end-users can gain access to corporate standards, equipment and rate plans. This site can also be used to make telecom requests for the addition or deletion of services. Network Control will provide a series of management reports outlining your costs, users, and vendors. We will also conduct a monthly review to discuss any open issues, opportunities, and changes in either technology or your business objectives.
