Implement Changes

Network Control will manage the completion of the recommendations outlined in the assessment phase. During phase 2, Network Control will work directly with service providers to resolve all items identified during the assessment. Network Control will also work with service providers to renegotiate contracts where possible and structure new agreements that help reduce cost by taking advantage of bundling selected services. In addition, Network Control will help in defining standards, implementing policy changes, modifying user behavior, and undertaking the management of any reimbursement opportunities.

Network Control deliverables:

· A project plan with major milestones identified

· Regular status updates

· Immediate correction of any issues with billing, excess capacity, or account consolidation

· Constant and consistent updates of the Telecom database

· Coordination with vendors

· Collaboration with internal resources

· Project Management to deliver on time and on budget results
